"The front end looks fine, so the work is squarely in Laravel, PHP and MySQL code, jobs, queues, and any service classes that touch the APIs.

Once those fixes are stable in a staging copy, I also need the entire application moved from the current host to a new provider without disrupting any endpoints or scheduled tasks. Every route, cron, and external API call must keep working exactly as it does today. I’m looking for a clean, verifiable hand-off and zero downtime for users.

Deliverables:
• Cleaned-up backend code with bugs reproduced, patched, and retested
• Seamless migration to the new hosting environment (files, database, environment variables, SSL, cron)
• Post-migration verification that all API integrations and core features respond as expected
• A concise change log or README outlining steps taken for both the fixes and the move
