"I need a standalone loading page that appears for a few seconds before my main site opens. Its job is simple: greet visitors, show our logo with its slogan, and clearly display our basic contact details—nothing more, nothing less.

The look should be bright and engaging rather than minimal or overly interactive; think smooth color transitions, clean typography, and a design that matches modern web standards while still loading swiftly on mobile and desktop.

Please deliver a lightweight, production-ready package (HTML, CSS and any small JS you feel is necessary) that I can drop straight into the root of my site. It must:
• Render perfectly in the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox
• Stay under 250 KB total so it doesn’t slow the real site
• Be easy for me to swap out the logo file or update a phone number later
