"My Glide-built app tracks and routes daily Work Orders for our team, I need some to:

make work order button work
delete the dummy workorders that are currently in the system

Automatic Work Order Numbering
Every new work order will be assigned a unique ID automatically (e.g WO-001, WO-002), so you don’t have to number them manually.
User Specific Visibility
Each team member will only see the work orders they submitted. This keeps everyone's data private and clean.

Role Based Access
set up 3 access levels:

Regular users who can submit and see only their work

Editors (4 people) who can view all work orders, edit them, close them, and see performance metrics

View only users (2 people) who can access the data but not make any changes

Reports & Historical Tracking
There will be a section where you can track the full history of any piece of equipment (like the boiler) including:
How many work orders were submitted
Service notes
Breakdown trends" (client-provided description)
