"I need a small Windows desktop application that runs in the background (system tray). The app should monitor when a file or folder is created or renamed.

If the name contains a spelling mistake in English, the app should:

Detect the misspelling automatically

Suggest the correct spelling (check only the base name, not the file extension)

Show a popup window with:

Current name

Suggested corrected name

Buttons: Rename / Ignore

If the user chooses Rename, the file/folder should be renamed immediately.

If the corrected name already exists, append (1), (2), etc. before the file extension.

Provide a whitelist option so I can exclude brand names or acronyms from correction.

Requirements:

Runs on Windows 10/11

Lightweight, runs quietly in the background (tray icon, start-on-boot option)

Delivered as an installer .exe and full source code

Written in C#/.NET (preferred) or Python packaged with PyInstaller

Short user guide (installation + usage)

Optional (nice to have):

Settings window to manage whitelist and watched directories

Support for multiple languages (English + Arabic)

Right-click context menu in Explorer: “Check name spelling”" (client-provided description)
