Project description:
"I need a full-stack developer who can take my concept of an anonymous, map-centric social network and make it feel identical on iOS, Android, and the web. The heartbeat of the product is real-time location sharing: users open the app and instantly see themselves and others moving live on a high-traffic map. No posts, no feeds—location is the conversation.

Core flow
• New users land on a minimal splash screen, enter a phone number, receive an OTP, and are in. No usernames or email, yet the process must be as fast as the big ride-hailing apps.
• Once inside, the map (Google Maps, Mapbox, or a performant equivalent you prefer) streams positions with WebSocket-level immediacy and gracefully degrades on weaker networks.
• Roles are split into admin, moderator, and regular user. From a single web dashboard I want to silence bad actors, hide areas, or broadcast announcements in seconds. Think of it as a “mission-control” panel built for non-technical staff.

What I will sign off on
1. A React (or Vue/Svelte) web client, plus native-feeling iOS and Android apps built with either a shared codebase (Flutter, React Native) or truly native—your call, as long as performance is crisp.
2. Secure phone-number authentication with OTP, backed by Firebase Auth, AWS Cognito, or a similarly robust service.
3. End-to-end encryption of location packets and a clearly documented privacy model that keeps every user anonymous while still traceable by moderators for abuse handling.
4. Admin dashboard with role management, live user list, ban/timeout controls, and real-time map monitoring.
5. Clean handover: repo, build scripts, environment variables, and a short Loom video that walks through deployment.
