"The current Cut-Out Yield Report Tool runs in the cloud, but I now need it operating entirely on a Windows machine inside our plant. I still have to secure the original source code, so the first step will be helping me retrieve or export everything required to rebuild the application locally—code, configuration, database snapshots, and any dependencies.

Once the assets are in hand, the task is to replicate the cloud setup on a Windows PC, ensuring the report output matches the existing version byte-for-byte. If the service relies on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or a mix of managed services, I will rely on you to map each component to an equivalent local solution or containerised stack.

Deliverables
• Recovered and organised source code with clear folder structure
• Fully functional Windows build or installer of the Cut-Out Yield Report Tool
• Step-by-step setup document so I can reinstall or move it again without external help
• Side-by-side test report confirming the local tool’s results equal the cloud version

Acceptance criteria: the local tool must run on a fresh Windows installation with only the provided documentation, produce identical yield reports for a given test dataset, and require no active cloud connection after setup." (client-provided description)
