"Our in-house iOS app is already in the testing phase and now needs to be delivered securely to a few hundred employees without going through the public App Store. We are finalising our Apple Developer Enterprise Program enrollment (we do not yet have the account, but we’re handling the paperwork ourselves) and want an experienced specialist ready to step in as soon as Apple activates it.

Your mission is to establish a reliable, maintainable enterprise distribution pipeline. That means configuring certificates, provisioning profiles, and entitlements; signing the current build; and making sure installation over HTTPS works smoothly on any managed or unmanaged corporate device. Along the way I’d like clear advice on certificate rotation, manifest hosting, and general security best practices. Familiarity with Jamf, Intune, or similar MDM systems is a plus because we may move to a device-management rollout soon, but for this engagement the focus is pure in-house distribution.

Deliverables
• Enterprise distribution certificate, provisioning profile, and correctly signed IPA
• OTA installation link and manifest hosted on our server (or alternative you recommend)
• Step-by-step build & release documentation we can reuse for future updates
• Short hand-off call or screen-share confirming at least three test devices install successfully
