"Project Assistant for AI Software Development (Part-Time, $550/month)



Description:

We are looking for a Project Assistant to support the development of an innovative software platform powered by Artificial Intelligence.



The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent English (both written and spoken, with a clear and professional accent), and experience in software/IT environments. You will act as a bridge between our internal team, clients, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.



Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing and coordinating software development tasks and schedules

Communicate with clients and suppliers in fluent, professional English

Support project documentation and reporting

Help manage team workflows and follow up on deliverables

Provide basic technical understanding of software and AI concepts (preferred but not mandatory)



Requirements:

Excellent command of English (spoken and written) – clear and neutral accent required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills – professional and polite attitude

Previous experience in project assistance, software projects, or IT environments

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (team members, clients, suppliers)

Organized, reliable, and proactive
