"I already have an active WhatsApp Business API key; I now need it fully wired into my WordPress site so visitors can talk to us instantly.

Scope of work
• Connect the existing WhatsApp API key to WordPress, ensuring secure authentication.
• Add eye-catching click-to-WhatsApp buttons or floating widgets site-wide.
• Enable two–way messaging, notifications, and automated responses. These responses should fire only after a user submits a custom form I built (not a standard Contact Form 7 or WPForms template).
• Run end-to-end tests so I can see messages delivered both ways and verify the automation trigger.
• Provide a brief hand-off note (or video) showing where settings live inside WordPress for future tweaks.

What I’m looking for
You’ve done API integrations in WordPress before—ideally with WhatsApp Business / Cloud API—so you know about webhooks, tokens, and sandbox vs. live environments. Show me a couple of similar projects, tell me how long this will take you, and give me a clear cost estimate broken down by milestones (integration, UI elements, automation, testing). If anything in my setup needs adjustment, flag it early so we stay on schedule.
