"I want to give my customers an easy-to-use mobile channel dedicated to support. The core of the app is a ticket-based system: users open a request, choose a priority level, add screenshots or other files, and receive an automated acknowledgement right away so they know we’ve captured the issue.
On my side, I’ll need a simple admin view (web or in-app) where staff can read, filter by priority, respond, and close tickets. Push notifications to both parties when a ticket is updated will keep conversations moving quickly.
If you prefer building cross-platform (React Native, Flutter, etc.) that’s perfect, but I’m fine with native iOS/Android if you can outline the advantages. A lightweight back-end with secure API endpoints is expected; Firebase, Node, or similar stacks are all acceptable as long as they let us scale without headaches.
Deliverables:
