"I need a production-ready system that automates the full Know-Your-Customer workflow for my web and mobile channels. The core of the build revolves around three mandatory capabilities:

• Identity document scanning with reliable OCR to capture data from passports, driver’s licenses and national ID cards in real time.
• Facial recognition driven by live video verification (not static photos), matching the applicant’s face against the document portrait while performing liveness checks.
• Address verification that cross-references the document data with third-party databases or utility statements to confirm residency.

A single, smooth user journey is essential: customers start the flow, hold up their ID to the camera, complete the live video check, and receive an on-screen confirmation as soon as all three verification layers pass. The results—pass, fail or manual review flag—must post back to my platform through a secure REST or GraphQL API with clear JSON payloads.

I am flexible on the tech stack as long as speed, security and accuracy meet current compliance standards (GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.). Leveraging proven OCR libraries (Tesseract, Google Vision) and facial recognition engines (OpenCV, AWS Rekognition, Azure Face) is encouraged if it helps accelerate delivery.

Deliverables will be:

1. Source code and build instructions.
2. API documentation and Postman collection.
3. A lightweight admin dashboard showing verification logs, status filters and manual override tools.
4. Deployment scripts (Docker or equivalent) suitable for AWS, Azure or GCP.

Once installed, the software should achieve sub-60-second average verification time at 95 %+ precision for document data extraction and face match. A brief test suite and sample dataset for QA will complete acceptance." (client-provided description)
