"I want to give prospective and existing clients the ability to book consultation slots with me online, without any back-and-forth emails. The booking flow must live on my website and also be shareable from my social-media profiles so that a visitor coming from, say, Facebook can reserve a time in just a few clicks.

Key requirements
• Appointment type: consultations only—no court appearances or other service categories needed right now, so the interface should keep the options simple and clear.
• Features: the system must automatically confirm each booking and send timely reminders (email and, if available, SMS). Clients need the option to pay for their consultation during the booking process, and I want a basic client history section where I can jot notes after each meeting and see past appointments at a glance.
• Platform integration: embed seamlessly into my existing website (WordPress) and link from my social channels. A booking button that can be dropped into my Facebook page header would be perfect.

Please set everything up—from configuring time zones, buffer times and cancellation rules to styling the widget so it matches my firm’s branding. Once installed, run a quick test to show that confirmations, reminders and payments flow end-to-end, and make sure I can easily export or view client notes.
