Project description:
"I’m refreshing Gestion Ino-Vita’s site and need a skilled web specialist to implement a set of visual and content upgrades.

Scope of work
• Swap the current homepage image for a looping company-promotional video that autoplays (muted) and scales cleanly on mobile and desktop.
• Adjust the hero banner copy so it reads: “20 members • 3 offices • 1 mission.”
• Replace our team photos with the new assets I’ll supply.
• Build an “Our Projects” section directly below the banner. Project clips should display in a smooth, swipe-friendly carousel. I will provide the final MP4s; you handle optimisation and lazy-loading.
• Relabel the existing “Residential” menu/section to “Heavy Residential.”
• Embed an interactive map pinpointing our three Quebec offices, giving visitors an at-a-glance sense of our provincial coverage. A Google Maps or Mapbox solution is fine as long as it matches the site’s look.

Design guidance
We don’t have a formal style guide, so feel free to exercise creativity while staying harmonious with our current colours, typography and overall feel. Clean, fast and mobile-responsive execution is key.

Deliverables
1. Fully updated website pushed to our staging server for review.
2. Source files (HTML/CSS/JS or CMS theme files) and any map/API keys or configuration notes.
3. One round of post-launch tweaks to make sure video, carousel and map behave perfectly across major browsers.
