"I’m planning to launch a cross-platform business app that closely follows the workflow of an existing solution I use every day, but with a stronger feature set and a cleaner user experience. I’ll supply the reference app, outline the pain points I see in it, and share a wish-list of improvements—think smoother onboarding, richer analytics, and a few service integrations that are missing today.
