Project description:
"My production-ready React site suddenly throws errors every time it tries to hit our REST endpoints. The UI loads, but when a component calls the API the console fills with 4xx/5xx responses, unhandled promise rejections and occasionally a blank payload. I need someone who can jump into the current code-base, trace the failing requests, and restore stable data flow.

Here’s what you’ll do:
• Review the existing React components, hooks and the small Redux slice that dispatches the calls (we mainly use Axios).
• Identify why the requests are failing—whether it’s malformed headers, wrong environment variables, outdated endpoints or race conditions in asynchronous logic.
• Implement a clean fix, refactor only where necessary, and document any new env keys or helper utilities you add.
• Prove the solution works by showing successful calls in the browser’s network tab and unit/integration tests passing (we run Jest + React Testing Library).

Deliverables expected:
1. Patched source code pushed to our private Git repo with clear commits.
2. A short change-log outlining what broke and how you solved it.
3. Confirmation that all API calls now resolve without errors in staging.

If you’ve debugged similar React/Axios or fetch issues before and can turn this around quickly, let’s get started today." (client-provided description)
