"Need an app and website that can do the following:
Used by household residential moving broker sales agents.
App and Site need to be clean and user friendly
Purpose for agents to request a quote for their moving clients auto transport needs.
( Moving agents who proved house hold furniture moving services farm out their clients auto transport)
Needs to be interactive in real time to receive quote from Auto Transport Companies who will have backend access. To get a quote agent needs to submit the pick-up zip and delivery zip codes , pick up dates, Year make and model of Vehicle
Once quote is received and approved by agent Client information = Name and telephone of client, Job Number pick-up zip and delivery zip codes, pick up dates, Year make and model of Vehicle needs to be submitted for auto Transport Company to contact them, arrange and book.
Agent signs up as a sales associate.
Agents Sponsors and signs up other sales associates under them.
Agent gets paid for each client they approve, submit info and gets booked by Transport Company.
Agent also gets paid for same from vehicles submitted for booking that get booked by the agents they sponsored.
Reporting
Agent Info to include name address Social or EIN number, banking info, Zelle and or Cash app info to receive payment.
Status on Submitted deals by both agent and for their sponsored agents, Called, Pending follow up date, booked, not interested and Notes.
(Example an agent can have 10 agents under them whereas they get paid for their deals and ones submitted by the agents they sponsor.)
Present and history reporting needs to be saved in system.
Fees paid to agent and their sponsored agents needs to be easily changed and can be different for each agent whereas we have the flexibility to easily set and change." (client-provided description)
