"About Hashdash
Hashdash is a Dubai-based gaming studio focused on fast-turnaround casual mobile titles and creator-driven promotional games. We ship lightweight, monetizable games and scale through ads & analytics.
Role (what you’ll do)
We’re seeking a dedicated Unity developer to join Hashdash. You will:
Build simple, polished mobile games optimized for performance.
Rapidly find, evaluate and integrate quality paid/free assets (art, UI, SFX) while respecting licenses.
Integrate ad mediation (AdMob + other networks / mediation platforms), rewarded ads, interstitials, banners, and implement frequency controls.
Implement a server API call at the end of every level (and other gameplay events) — robust, asynchronous, retried.
Implement Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics; create meaningful events/parameters and monitor crashes.
Integrate OneSignal for push notifications, segmenting and scheduling.
Maintain clean, commented C# code; use version control (Git).
Optimize game size, performance, and memory for Android/iOS.
Reproduce and implement trending gameplay mechanics to keep games fresh and engaging.
Must-have skills
3+ years Unity (C#) — shipping mobile games to Play Store / App Store.
Strong experience with asset store items, importing, and adapting assets.
Hands-on experience with ad mediation (example: AdMob mediation, ironSource, MAX, etc.).
REST API integration (JSON, authentication, retries, offline queuing).
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics — set up, custom events, dashboards.
OneSignal push notification integration.
Git and CI build familiarity.
Strong portfolio (links to live games, APK/IPA, or Git repos) — portfolio required.
Employment type
Dedicated full-time developer (remote/hybrid considered). Dubai-based preferred for coordination and occasional in-person meetings.
