"I need a lightweight single-page site that lets visitors convert files instantly without fuss. The page should show a clean drag-and-drop zone, an optional Upload button for those who prefer it, and a progress bar that appears the moment a file starts processing.

Required conversions
• JPEG → PNG
• PDF → DOCX
• MP4 → MP3

Nothing uploaded should linger: use only temporary storage and delete the original and converted files automatically after the download finishes or after a short timeout.

Tech is your choice as long as it runs on a standard Linux host—plain HTML/CSS/JavaScript on the front end with a small Flask, Node, or PHP service is perfectly fine. Please keep the code modular and well-commented so I can tweak it later.

Deliverables
• Full source code (frontend and backend)
• README with setup and dependency instructions
• Brief note explaining where in the code the temporary-file cleanup happens
