"I’m ready to move an existing Vue 2 code-base over to Vue 3 and need someone who knows the upgrade path inside out. The application relies on Vue Router for all page navigation and a collection of hand-rolled components; these pieces must continue to work exactly as they do now, but updated to the Vue 3 composition/option API as appropriate.

The scope covers:
• Updating project setup (babel/eslint/webpack or Vite) to be compatible with Vue 3.
• Refactoring the current Vue Router configuration to the new API while keeping all route guards and lazy-loading intact.
• Re-writing custom components where necessary (props, emits, lifecycle hooks, provide/inject, etc.) so they compile cleanly without the Vue 2 compatibility build.

No unit or integration tests need to be created or maintained for this migration, so the effort is focused entirely on code conversion, smoke-testing, and confirming that all navigation flows and component interactions behave identically post-upgrade.
