"I need a secure, full-featured e-commerce web application that also works smoothly on both iOS and Android. The goal is to take customers from product discovery all the way through checkout without friction, whether they visit on a desktop browser or a phone.

Please build the core storefront, user authentication, shopping cart, and order processing flows, then wrap or extend the same back-end so shoppers on iOS and Android enjoy the exact experience—either through a responsive front-end, a progressive web app, or thin native shells that consume a shared API. I’m open to the framework you prefer as long as it is well-supported, scalable, and clearly documented.

Deliverables
• Source code for the web application and mobile layer
• Database schema and migration scripts
• Read-me or deployment guide that lets me run the stack locally and push to production with minimal effort
• Brief hand-over session (recorded or live) so future updates are straightforward

Acceptance criteria
• Browsing, search, cart, and checkout test seamlessly across major desktop browsers, recent iOS devices, and recent Android devices
• All critical actions (sign-up, login, add to cart, pay) complete within three seconds on a 4G connection
• Code passes linting and unit tests you provide, and all third-party packages are licensed for commercial use
