"I need an experienced developer to take our home-grown Microsoft Access ERP (front-end Access forms, back-end SQL Server) and move it into a secure, fully cloud-hosted environment. For five years the system has expanded organically and, while it drives every part of our New Zealand operation, the backend code has become tangled. My priorities are:

• Refactor and tidy the existing VBA / T-SQL so it is maintainable
• Re-platform the database and business logic to a cloud service (open to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) with security best practices baked in
• Keep the current functionality and data structure intact so daily users notice little to no disruption
• Leave hooks for future mobile access, even if that phase comes later

You will get full Access front-end files, SQL schema, and a walkthrough of the workflows that matter most—inventory, order processing, job costing, and reporting. I expect clear documentation of every change, plus a deployment plan that lets us cut over with minimal downtime.
