I am building a real-time, voice-to-voice conversational agent that combines OpenAI’s speech models plus amazon bedrock nova sonic ( code use any one based on my selection) with Telnyx calling and Pipecat’s workflow engine. The goal is a single codebase—preferably clean Node.js or Python—that:

• Handles both inbound and outbound Telnyx calls, streaming audio through Pipecat to OpenAI and back with minimal latency.
• Runs on the web (JavaScript front-end demo or WebRTC snippet is enough) and speaks/listens only in English.
• Detects when the caller asks for an order status, invokes a function that hits my REST endpoint, and inserts the returned data seamlessly into the spoken reply.
• Follows Pipecat’s documented patterns; feel free to borrow from their sample integrations as long as everything is wired end-to-end and clearly annotated.

Deliverables
1. Source code with clear separation of:
– Telnyx call setup (webhooks, media streams) Pipecat handels this i guess
– Pipecat routing logic
– OpenAI transcription / synthesis
– Order-status function call (stub + example JSON response)
2. .[login to view URL] and brief README walking me through setup, keys, and a quick test call.
3. Short screencast or log transcript proving an inbound and an outbound call, where asking “What’s my order status?” triggers the function and returns a dummy tracking update.
