"Social Media Manager (Content + Community Builder)
We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to build, grow, and manage our brand across multiple platforms. You will create content, engage with our community, and drive inbound leads while aligning with our sales and marketing goals.

Key Duties

Content Creation & Scheduling

Develop engaging posts (short videos, images, carousels, and memes) tailored to blue-collar audiences.

Maintain a consistent publishing calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway, Canva) to produce high-volume content.

Community Building & Engagement

Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build trust and connection.

Initiate discussions, polls, and Q&A sessions to foster community participation.

Grow private groups/newsletters as part of the agency’s community ecosystem.

Strategy & Branding

Research trends and competitor strategies to refine our positioning.

Collaborate with leadership to align content with agency campaigns, offers, and funnels.

Ensure consistent use of our brand voice, style, and messaging across all channels.

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads generated).

Provide weekly reports with insights and recommendations.

Optimize content strategy based on data.
