"I want a single code-base mobile app for both iOS and Android that lets players choose one, two, or three numbers between 1 and 100, pay for their selection, and instantly receive a digital receipt detailing their picks and stake. After each draw the app must calculate any winnings automatically and display them inside the user’s account.

Users will create an account with a straightforward email-and-password login. At checkout they should be able to complete the purchase with credit/debit cards, PayPal, or Google Pay.

To keep operations smooth I also need a small admin area where I can record the winning numbers, view every ticket sold, see total stakes, and trigger payout calculations. The core flow—number selection, payment, receipt generation, and win calculation—has to follow App Store and Google Play policies.
