"I’m ready to introduce a warm, friendly and casual chatbot inside my mobile app and I need help shaping its entire character—from the way it talks to the way it is visually represented and ultimately integrated into the existing build.

Here’s what I’m after:
• A concise character profile that defines the bot’s tone, vocabulary and temperament so every reply feels consistent and approachable.
• Core conversation scripts for the top user journeys we’ll launch with (greetings, FAQs, simple troubleshooting, and hand-off to a human when needed).
• A lightweight visual identity—name, avatar concept and a short style guide I can pass to my designer—so the chatbot immediately feels like part of the brand.
• Technical hand-off notes (API endpoints, webhook examples or Dialogflow/IBM Watson intents, whichever you prefer) so my developers can drop the bot straight into the mobile codebase with minimal back-and-forth.

Acceptance criteria: the voice matches the friendly-casual brief, scripts are ready to paste into the chosen NLP platform, and integration notes compile without errors in our staging build.
