"My existing application is entirely in Java, so I need a pure-Java module that will collect the current play-count for every track listed in a plain-text file (one Spotify URL or URI per line).

Key requirements
• Use Chrome DevTools Protocol (chrome api) directly through WebSocket—no Selenium, no Playwright, no exceptions.
• Spin up multiple worker threads to process many tracks in parallel; the thread count should be configurable so I can fine-tune speed vs. rate-limit risk.
• Write the results to a simple plain-text file: each output line “<track-id>|<play-count>”.
• Handle common failure cases gracefully (timeout, 429, missing track) and retry a limited number of times before logging the error line.
