"Project: Migration of Flutter App to Native iOS
Deliverable 1 of 6


Overview
The existing app is built in Flutter, and I want to rebuild it using native iOS technologies (Swift/SwiftUI/UIKit). This deliverable focuses on setting up 10 static screens that pull their data from a local SQLite database.
I will provide access to the GitHub repository of the existing Flutter app after awarding the project. The repository will include:
- The SQLite database
- The existing queries
- The current theme and design references


Scope of Deliverable 1
Screens to be Developed
- Home Screen
- Acts as the main menu bar.
- Lists navigation links to all major screens.
- Left Sidebar
- Lists links to all the screens.
- A right-hand sidebar should be accessible from every screen.
- Sidebar closes when the user taps outside it.
- Splash Screen
- Displays only the logo.
- Visible on every app launch.
- Hunter Reporting Data
- Data source: local SQLite database.
- Includes a table and pie charts for different animals.
- Displays the number of individuals of each species hunted in the previous year.
- Ontario Hunting Seasons
- Lists all animals with hunting rules and regulations.
- Displays their season and permitted weapons.
- A dropdown at the top allows filtering by All WMUs or a specific WMU.
- Data comes from the local SQLite database.
- Ontario Fishing Seasons
- Lists fishing rules and regulations for a specific FMZ region (default to FMZ1).
- Displays data in Nested accordion format.
- Includes additional opportunities and exceptions.
- Not all FMZs have additional opportunities.
- Data comes from the local SQLite database.
- About Screen
- Displays static text.
- Contact Screen (Bottom Sheet)
- Opens as a bottom sheet.
- Provides an option to open the default email app to send an email.


Deliverables for this Phase
- Development of 10 static screens in native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI/UIKit).
- Integration with local SQLite database.
- Implementation of navigation and sidebars as described.
- Reuse of the existing theme and UI design (to be extracted from Flutter repo).


Notes
- Only static screens and data from SQLite are required in this phase.
- I will provide the Flutter GitHub repo to extract queries and design references.
- The UI should match the existing design (screenshots attached for reference).
