"Numbers reported in Google Ads, Firebase Analytics, and Play Console simply don’t line up. A previous vendor rewrote parts of the tracking, but their event logic is still off, so attribution remains unreliable. Because we drive almost all installs through Google and Meta ads, I need rock-solid data before we scale spend any further.

Top priority is Firebase. All three event groups—User engagement events, In-app purchase events, and Custom events—must fire with the correct parameters and appear consistently in DebugView, BigQuery exports, and the Google Ads conversion import. Within user engagement, the basic App opens event is already behaving strangely, so that has to be the first item you verify and repair.

While you are inside the code, I also want the Meta Pixel subscription events brought back to life; right now they record nothing, leaving Facebook Ads Manager blind when it comes to subscriptions and churn.

Deliverables
• Audit current Firebase configuration, including event names, triggers, and parameter schema
• Fix or rewrite logic for App opens plus remaining user engagement, in-app purchase, and custom events
• End-to-end test in a staging build, showing parity between Firebase DebugView and Play Console install counts
• Re-implement Meta Pixel subscription events, confirm they appear in Facebook Events Manager and can be used for campaign optimisation
• Short hand-over document explaining any new event naming, parameters, and where in the codebase each trigger lives

Acceptance criteria: same-session install-to-open counts align across Firebase, Google Ads and Play Console within an acceptable ±3% range; Meta records subscription events within 15 minutes of trigger.
