"I'm seeking a dedicated Roblox developer for a long-term collaboration to create a pet washing MVP based on my existing framework. The project requires approximately 3 hours of work per day. The MVP will be available on both PC and Mobile platforms. Only hourly rates within $2-$8 and no fixed prices please.

Key Requirements:
- Develop a pet washing mini-game as part of the MVP
- Implement a mini-game focused on scrubbing the pet's face
- Ensure compatibility and seamless gameplay across both PC and Mobile platforms
- Work closely with provided task list
