"I have a static HTML calendar that I now need rebuilt as a fully dynamic Vue 3 component. The rebuilt version must feel polished and corporate-professional, and it has to work seamlessly inside an existing Vue 3 application that already uses the Composition API.

Core functionality to keep in mind:
• Users have to create and edit events directly in the calendar view.
• Drag-and-drop should let them reschedule or resize events smoothly.
• Built-in reminders and notifications must trigger from the client side (I’ll wire up any backend endpoints you need).

The appointment area is critical. It should surface:
• Clear start/end times with configurable slot lengths.
• Fields for client information plus free-form notes.
• A straightforward option to set repeat appointments.

What I’ll deliver to you: the current HTML/CSS/JS bundle, sample event data, and the styles that define the corporate look. What I need back: a plug-and-play Vue 3 component (or small set of components) that exposes props for data, emits events for CRUD actions, and follows best practices for state management.
