"I want motorists to roll into a spot, pull out their phone, and handle everything—finding the correct zone, confirming availability, and paying—without stepping outside the car. The build must ship simultaneously on iOS and Android with identical core functionality:

• GPS auto-detects the exact parking zone so the driver never hunts for signage.
• Real-time availability surfaces open spaces (where supported by the city’s data feeds).
• Secure in-app checkout processes the fee instantly and stores a receipt.
• Email-and-password login keeps authentication simple while still letting drivers manage multiple vehicles and view past sessions.

A clean, frictionless flow is paramount: open the app, confirm location, pick duration, pay, drive off. I’ll provide any municipal APIs or data schemas we can tap for spot status; you’ll recommend the most reliable mapping SDKs and payment gateway that work across both platforms.

The project is considered done when TestFlight and a closed Android track hold beta builds that:

1. Pin the phone’s location to the correct zone within 5 meters.
2. Display live “spaces open / full” when the feed supplies it.
3. Complete a test payment in sandbox mode and show a timer and receipt.
