"My Flutter-based iOS app compiles fine from the command line, yet every time I open the workspace in Xcode the project either refuses to archive or crashes on launch. I need a seasoned iOS developer who is comfortable juggling both Xcode and Flutter tooling to jump in, trace the build chain, and leave me with a clean, repeatable archive that runs on device and in TestFlight.

The app is an iOS target only, generated from a standard Flutter module. No exotic Cocoapods—just the usual Flutter pods plus a handful of pubspec dependencies. Your goal is to:

• open the project in the latest stable Xcode
• resolve any compilation hiccups, provisioning quirks, or Pod integration issues
• run the app successfully on simulator and physical device
• produce an .ipa or .xcarchive I can upload to App Store Connect
• document the changes so I can reproduce the build on my own machine

Feel free to suggest version pinning, Pod updates, or minor code tweaks if they unblock the build. I can provide remote access via Git branch or screen share—whichever speeds us up.
