"We’re looking for a junior recruiter who can primarily leverage their LinkedIn network for outreach to software engineers. We run outreach campaigns through Aimfox, a LinkedIn automation tool that keeps us compliant with LinkedIn’s rate limits and guidelines.
I’m expanding our technology team and need consistent help filling mid-level Software Developer roles. Your focus will be managing the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing through offer acceptance—so that engineering leads only see well-screened candidates instead of raw résumés.
Typical workflow:
• Align on each role’s tech stack, soft skills, and salary band at kickoff
• Source proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub, and relevant online communities
• Screen for CS fundamentals, 2–5 years’ production experience, and culture add (not just culture fit)
• Coordinate coding challenges or live pair-programming sessions (we use HackerRank and CoderPad)
• Share candidate summaries with strengths, salary expectations, notice period, and relocation/visa notes
• Provide weekly pipeline reports to highlight progress and bottlenecks
What success looks like:
Within the first 30 days, we should see at least three interview-ready mid-level developers per open role and one accepted offer per month after that.
