"I want customers to be able to open a WhatsApp chat, type a simple command such as “/buy 123 2”, and have that message instantly create a brand-new order inside my mobile app’s backend. No login or OTP flow is required on their side—WhatsApp itself is the only channel and the message already contains the Product ID and quantity, nothing more.

Here is the flow I need working end-to-end:
1. Configure my WhatsApp Business Cloud API so incoming messages hit a secure webhook you build.
2. Parse the text, validate it follows the “ProductID Quantity” pattern, and transform it into the JSON structure my app expects.
3. Forward that payload to my existing REST endpoint (I will supply its URL and auth token).
4. Return a confirmation message back to the same WhatsApp chat.

Tech is flexible—Node.js, Python (Flask/FastAPI), or PHP are all fine as long as it runs on a small VPS. You will also set the Facebook App, Webhook verification token, and permissions needed for the “messages” scope.

Deliverables:
• Source code of the webhook/service
• Step-by-step setup notes (WhatsApp Business Cloud dashboard steps included)
• One round of live testing with me to show an order appearing in the app dashboard

Acceptance criteria:
• A WhatsApp message “/buy 456 3” produces a JSON `{ productId: 456, quantity: 3 }` at my endpoint within 3 seconds.
• The chat receives “Order placed! #XYZ” as an automated reply.
