"I recently launched a Shopify website for my athleisure wear brand Hardrada. The core site is live, but it needs refinement, mobile responsiveness fixes, and some additional features to make it fully functional and ready for scaling

1. Mobile Responsiveness

Make all sections (homepage, product pages, cart, etc.) fully mobile-friendly

Ensure smooth user experience across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile)

2. Design Improvements

Add Instagram Reels section above footer and on product pages (as per Figma design)

Add icons for "Why Hardrada" section (reference provided)

Implement logo animation:

On website load

When clicking the logo

During page loading transitions (file + reference provided)

3. Functional Updates

Payment Gateway Integration: Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking)

Cash on Delivery (COD): optional

Shipping Logic:

Standard home delivery

Gym pickup via coupon code:

Each gym has a custom code

Code gives 5% discount to customer

Records 10% commission for gym

Option to choose “Pick up from gym” (auto-fills address) or “Deliver to home”
