"I need a fully-functional raffle website that looks great on both mobile and desktop and carries a modern, sleek feel from first click to checkout. Users must be able to create an account or log in, pick their numbers from a configurable range (for the first draw it will be 1–100), pay securely with either PayPal or Stripe, and instantly receive a confirmation email that lists every number they secured. As soon as a number is paid for, it should be locked and disappear from the pool so no one can grab it twice.

Behind the scenes I want a lightweight admin dashboard where I can spin up a new raffle, choose the number range, monitor live entries, and see payment status at a glance. No over-engineering—just the essentials done well, with clean code, solid security and reliable email delivery.

Acceptance once:
• Registration / login, number selection, payment and confirmation flow work end-to-end
• Numbers lock immediately after payment and stay unique
• Admin panel shows real-time entries and payments, and lets me start a fresh raffle without touching code
• Responsive design verified on phone, tablet, and desktop
