"I’m ready to turn a fresh mobile app concept into a production-ready product that launches simultaneously on iOS and Android. At this stage the core idea is defined, but the feature list and UX still need shaping. I’m therefore looking for a developer who can guide the technical stack decisions (native Swift/Kotlin, Flutter, React Native, or another framework you recommend), translate loose requirements into wireframes, and then deliver a polished, store-ready build for both platforms.

Key milestones I have in mind:
• Collaborative refinement of requirements and user flows
• High-fidelity UI/UX prototypes for approval
• Incremental builds with TestFlight / internal Android testing
• Final release build, App Store & Google Play submission, and post-launch bug-fix window
