"I’m launching a small startup and need a developer to build a secure web portal where my clients can:

• create an account with a simple email-and-password flow
• upload their documents to a dedicated area that’s stored in its own SQL database (MySQL or PostgreSQL is fine)
• log back in at any time to review their files and see status updates
• pay outstanding fees through Wiise Bank’s payment gateway

The overall look should feel professional and corporate—nothing too flashy, just clean UI and reliable UX.
I’m comfortable working in either Java or Python, so if you prefer Spring Boot, Django, FastAPI, or a comparable framework, let’s choose the stack together and set up the right CI/CD pipeline.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Responsive front-end tied to a secure email/password auth system.
