Project description:
"I’m building an end-to-end accounts-payable system that runs in a browser yet feels perfectly at home on iOS and Android. The heart of the project is a central ledger where every supplier invoice can be logged, approved and paid while balances stay up to date in real time.

Core features I need from day one include:
• Payment tracker – each invoice must show its scheduled and cleared payments side by side.
• Balance manager – a running balance per supplier or per client plus a global dashboard.
• Report generator – one-click PDF or Excel statements filtered by date, supplier or client.
• Smart import – when I upload or email a PDF or CSV, the app should read the document and pre-fill the record so manual typing is minimal.

Role-based access is essential: Administrators have full control, Accountants can create and reconcile entries, and Clients see only their own ledger and statements.

A single codebase powering Web, iOS and Android is preferred, so frameworks such as Flutter or React Native make sense, but I’m open to your suggestion as long as the UI is responsive, fast and secure.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Technical design and database schema.
2. Responsive web dashboard plus iOS and Android builds distributed through TestFlight and Google Play Console.
3. Clean, well-documented source code in Git.
4. Demo data loaded and a walkthrough proving that a sample emailed invoice can be imported, reconciled and reported correctly.
