We are seeking an experienced developer or team to build a **complete online food ordering system** for one of our restaurant clients:

This project consists of **two main components**:

Part 1: Website-Based Online Ordering System

We want to integrate a **user-friendly online ordering system** directly into the existing website.

**Key features:**

* Display full menu with prices, categories, images, and item descriptions.
* Customers should be able to:

* Browse the menu
* Add items to cart
* Choose pickup or delivery
* Make online payments (via Stripe, PayPal, or another gateway)
* Once an order is placed:

* The restaurant staff should receive **instant notifications** via dashboard, mobile, or email.
* Staff should be able to **update the estimated preparation time** (e.g., 10, 15, or 30 minutes).
* This time update should automatically notify the customer when their order will be ready.

Part 2: AI-Powered Chat Ordering System (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram)

We also want to develop a **chat-based food ordering system** using platforms like **WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DM**. This should be powered by AI or chatbot automation.

**Key features:**

* Customers can initiate a conversation via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook.
* The chatbot should:

* Automatically greet the customer
* Display the full menu with interactive options
* Allow item selection, quantity adjustments, and payment
* Collect customer details (name, contact, pickup or delivery)
* Process orders and send confirmation
* Payments should be handled directly within the chat (or via secure links).
* Once the order is submitted:

* The restaurant receives the order notification instantly
* Staff can update the pickup time
* Customers are notified via chat when their order will be ready
