"I run a clinic that still relies on paper consent packets, each page requiring the patient’s signature. I already have every form in PDF format; what I need is a complete digital workflow so patients can sit in the exam room, read the document on a clinic-owned tablet, and sign each page directly with a stylus.

Here is the experience I’m aiming for: the receptionist launches the correct consent packet on the tablet, hands it to the patient, the patient scrolls through and signs where prompted, and when they tap “Finish” the signed PDF is automatically stored in our existing document-management system. No external login, no email links—everything happens on that tablet during the visit.

Core requirements
• Convert each existing PDF into a fillable, page-by-page consent form that enforces a signature on every page before completion.
• Capture signatures with a stylus on the tablet screen and embed them as legally binding e-signatures in the final PDF.
• Save or sync the completed files straight to our document-management repository, maintaining the original file names or a logical naming convention we agree on.
• Provide a simple, staff-friendly way to launch the correct form (a kiosk app, a secure web page, or similar).

Acceptance criteria
1. All PDFs render correctly on the tablet without layout shifts.
2. A patient cannot finalize the form unless every required signature field is completed.
3. The signed document appears in the designated folder of the document-management system within one minute of submission.
4. No personal data remains on the tablet once the form is uploaded.
