"My current B2B service site looks dated and, more importantly, it is not converting visitors into qualified leads. I want a complete rebuild that marries a fresh visual identity with smart, lead-generating AI.

Scope of work
– Re-design every public-facing page so it aligns with our new brand style guide, including updated typography, color palette, and layout that feels modern but professional.
– Integrate an AI chatbot as the primary conversational touchpoint; it must handle common inquiries, capture lead details, and route complex questions to my team.
– Layer in additional AI capabilities—personalised content blocks that adapt to a visitor’s behaviour and a dashboard for advanced analytics/reporting—so I can see what is driving conversions in real time.
– Build a secure client portal. While it will eventually host file sharing and project management modules, the first milestone must deliver end-to-end encrypted messaging; it is the piece my clients ask for most.
– Optimise UX/UI throughout (desktop and mobile) to shorten the path from first click to booked call.

Tech notes
I am open on the stack, but the solution should support rapid iteration. Popular choices such as React/[login to view URL], Node or Python back-ends, and an NLP framework like Dialogflow, GPT, or Rasa are all acceptable if they remain maintainable long-term and integrate with my existing CRM.
