"I’m moving a medical billing (RCM) company website from Squarespace to WordPress. This is a B2B company site (not a blog). I’ll provide the copy, services list, photos, and testimonials. You will handle design polish, build, migration, redirects, tracking, and launch.

Timeline: Delivery in 7–10 days

Must-haves (keep it simple):

WordPress block theme (Gutenberg) only — no page builders (no Elementor/Divi).

Clean, modern B2B look; mobile-first; fast.

Pages: Home, Services (RCM, Coding, Eligibility & Benefits, A/R Follow-up, Denials Mgmt, Virtual Receptionist), Specialties (e.g., Ortho, PT, Pain Mgmt), About, Testimonials/Case Studies, FAQ, Contact.

Contact form (name, company, email, phone, message) with a bold “Please do not include patient information (no PHI)” notice.

On-page SEO basics (H1–H3, titles/meta, clean permalinks) and schema where logical (Organization/LocalBusiness; FAQ).

301 redirect map so no existing links break during the move.

Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console set up and verified.

Performance: image optimization/lazy-load; Core Web Vitals oriented.

Privacy/Terms page and simple cookie notice.

30-day post-launch warranty for bug fixes.

Acceptance criteria:

All pages live on staging with my copy/photos in place.

Mobile speed: Lighthouse/PSI ≥ 80 on Home and a Services page (90+ is a stretch goal).

GA4 pageview + a test conversion (contact form).

GSC verified; sitemap submitted.

No 404s after cutover; 301s working.
