"I need a lightweight, fully-functional ASP.NET web application developed (Responsive) and handed over within the next month. you handle coding, testing, and deploying a ready-to-run solution.

• Written in C# with ASP.NET (Web Forms as long as the final build is easy to maintain).
• Standard best-practice structure: clear separation of concerns, sensible naming, and comments where another developer could quickly pick up the code.
• Solid user experience on modern browsers and mobile.
• Delivery includes the full Visual Studio solution, database script or migration file, and a short read-me showing how to run it locally and publish to my server. (Source code should be given after the project is completed)
