"I’m ready to digitise how our auto service centre communicates with customers and need a complete, polished solution delivered within a month. The project covers a responsive web application plus companion mobile apps for both iOS and Android. Two core features drive the build:

• Service status tracking – customers must see real-time progress updates, receive push or email notifications at each stage, and view a concise history of previous visits.
• Customer feedback & reviews – after collection, visitors should be able to rate our service, add comments, and see responses or aggregated scores.

A simple internal screen for staff to post status changes is required so the customer view stays accurate. Beyond that, I’m flexible on the technology stack—React, Vue, Flutter, Swift/Kotlin, Node, Laravel, Firebase or similar are all acceptable as long as the final product is secure, easy to maintain, and passes App Store / Play Store review.
