"I’m ready to commission a web-based task management platform where one user can post a job, another can accept it, and all activity stays wrapped in clearly defined policies. Think of it as a lightweight marketplace focused on matching tasks to doers rather than a full freelance portal.

Core flow
• Admin creates or updates the site-wide policies that every task must follow.
• A standard user posts a job, setting budget, deadline and any special notes.
• Another standard user browses available work, accepts a job, and the task instantly moves into an “in progress” state governed by those policies.
• Admin has oversight for disputes, edits, and user management.

What I expect from you
1. A responsive front end (React, Vue or similar) that keeps the interaction fast and clean.
2. A secure back end (Node/Express, Django or Laravel—open to your recommendation) with a relational database to store user accounts, tasks, status updates and policy versions.
3. Role-based access control limited to Admin and Standard User, enforced both server-side and in the UI.
4. Policy management module where Admin can draft, publish, and edit policy text that is automatically linked to every task. Users must accept the active policy before posting or accepting work.
5. Basic dashboard: pending tasks, accepted tasks, completed tasks, plus an audit log for Admin.
6. API documentation (Swagger or similar) so future mobile apps can hook in easily.
7. Source code delivered via Git with a short setup guide so I can run it locally.
