"I’m looking to build this:
First, I need a cross-platform mobile application for Android and iOS built with a single codebase. The core flow centers on package delivery: a driver-only app that shows live job lists, real-time GPS navigation, distance-based pricing automatically calculated from pickup to drop-off, and rock-solid proof-of-delivery capture (signature, photo or OTP). Everything that happens on the road must feed a web-based admin console where I can dispatch jobs, adjust pricing rules, monitor driver locations on a map, and pull detailed performance reports.

Scalability and security are critical, so the backend should be cloud-hosted (AWS, Firebase, or a comparable stack), use encrypted data transport, and be structured in a way that lets me later bolt on customer-facing or modules without rewriting the foundations.

Second, my existing marketing site needs a facelift to mirror the new app branding. I want a modern, responsive UI that feels consistent from phone to desktop, faster page loads, and clearer conversion paths that let visitors track deliveries or download the app with one click.
