"My mobile product team is about to enter a two-week validation cycle and I need twelve reliable testers who can focus exclusively on functional testing of our Android application for the full 14-day period. The goal is to confirm that every user-facing feature works as intended on real devices running current Android versions.

Here is the flow I have in mind:

• Each tester receives a fresh build every morning, runs the assigned test suite, and submits detailed results (steps taken, expected vs. actual outcome, screenshots or screen recordings, plus logcat when relevant) in the shared tracking tool.
• Critical or blocking issues are escalated immediately so my dev team can ship a hotfix the same day; everything else can land in the daily report that I compile at 17:00 UTC.
• Device coverage matters, so when you apply please state the exact models and OS versions you own; budget Android phones are welcome as long as they run Android 10+.
• Availability must be continuous for the 14 consecutive days—roughly two to three hours of focused testing work per day, per tester.

Acceptance criteria for each tester’s work:
1. All assigned test cases executed and documented every day.
2. Any deviation from expected behaviour captured with reproducible steps and evidence.
3. No open questions left unanswered in the tracker before daily sign-off.
