"I’m adding an experienced Android developer to our ongoing banking-app project. The codebase is entirely in Kotlin, but for security reasons you will not receive direct repository or system access. Instead, you’ll guide another engineer live on Zoom, walking through the IDE, explaining what to write, where to click, and why each change matters.

Your day runs Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. IST. During that slot you’ll review the day’s tickets, demonstrate the best Kotlin patterns for a banking environment—secure architecture, solid error handling, and performance-minded UI—and answer real-time questions.
