I need a seasoned Flutter developer to turn my HealthReminder AI concept into a working MVP that runs smoothly on both Android and iOS. The core idea is simple: guide users toward better daily habits through smart, personalised nudges and an AI-powered coach, all wrapped in a clean subscription model.

Here’s what the first release must do:

• Account flow – Firebase Authentication for email, Google and Apple log-ins, with secure profile storage in Firestore.
• Reminders – in-app and push notifications for medication, hydration and fitness. Users choose times and frequencies; the app queues and delivers them reliably even after device reboots.
• Hydration tracker – percentage-based daily goal with historical charts and auto-generated wellness reports.
• AI Health Coach – integrate OpenAI’s API to analyse the user’s logged data and surface personalised insights, encouragement and risk alerts in conversational form.
• Payments – monthly subscription at $4.99 handled through Stripe; paywall screens, trial handling and webhook-based access gating.
• Deployment – prepare release builds, pass store compliance checks and publish to Google Play and the App Store under my developer accounts.

Acceptance is straightforward: the above functions must be fully testable in TestFlight and internal testing on Play, with source code handed over in a well-structured Git repository and a short README explaining build steps, API keys and favoured package versions.
